En cons\u00e9quence, nous nous sommes fix\u00e9 les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement suivants :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les cannelures en developpantes peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s precises par une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de process de formage. N\u00e9namoins, apr\u00e8s traitement thermique, des d\u00e9formations apparaissent en cote sur pige et ecart de profil qui conduisent \u00e0 une diminution significative de la qualit\u00e9 des outils.<br \/>\n<\/span><strong>INNOVATION 1: la machine doit \u00eatre capable d&rsquo;ajuster es cotes sur pige et de corriger le profil!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les couts d&rsquo;investissements doivent repondre au process aussi bien qu&rsquo;au niveau de qualit\u00e9 tout en offrant des avantages comp\u00e9titifs \u00e0 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de production.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>INNOVATION 2: La machine doit \u00eatre personnalisable en fonction des demandes du client<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">L&rsquo;encombrement au sol et les interfaces informatiques voient leur importance augmenter. Une optimisation des installations par m2 reduit les couts d&rsquo;investissement. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><strong>INNOVATION 3: La machine doit \u00eatre con\u00e7ue aussi compacte que possible.
