Nun erfolgte die Neuordnung der deutschen OSG-Gruppe unter einer gemeinsamen Holding.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seit 01. Dezember 2020 finden sich unter dem gemeinsamen Dach der OSG Germany Holding GmbH die Firmen OSG, BASS, OSG EX-CELL-O und WEXO Pr\u00e4zisionswerkzeuge. Bislang waren die einzelnen Unternehmen teils Tochter-, teils Muttergesellschaft.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die Neustrukturierung der deutschen OSG-Gruppe entstehen klare Strukturen und Kompetenzen. \u201eEs war uns wichtig, dass die deutschen T\u00f6chter von OSG nicht nur aufgrund unserer Firmenphilosophie, sondern auch auf dem Papier auf Augenh\u00f6he agieren\u201c so Yasushi Suzuki, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Holding und von OSG EX-CELL-O. Neben Yasushi Suzuki sind in der Holding ebenfalls Hideaki Osawa, Oliver Schunter und Martin Zeller Teil der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung der neu gegr\u00fcndeten Holding.<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Schunter betont, dass Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit und Kultur jeder Firma beibehalten werden. \u201eDie Dachgesellschaft untersteht dabei direkt der Europazentrale von OSG in Belgien und ist f\u00fcr die Strategie der deutschen Gruppe verantwortlich.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir lernen voneinander und setzen konsequent auf die Best-Practices innerhalb der Gruppe. Unser Ziel war und bleibt unseren Kunden und Partnern stets die optimale L\u00f6sung zu bieten\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Martin Zeller, ebenfalls Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von BASS.<\/p>\n<p>Auch Hideaki \u201eBobby\u201c Osawa, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der OSG Germany Holding, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und Vorstandsmitglied der OSG EUROPE, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und Vorstandsmitglied der OSG Corporation, Enkel des OSG-Gr\u00fcnders Hideo Osawa und Mitglied der Gr\u00fcnderfamilie sowie Aktion\u00e4r der in Japan b\u00f6rsennotierten OSG freut sich \u00fcber die Neustrukturierung: \u201eWir m\u00f6chten mit unseren zerspanenden und umformenden Werkzeugtechnologien einen Beitrag f\u00fcr die produzierende Industrie leisten.
