2019년 12월 일본 OSG 그룹은 아이슬린겐/독일 MAG Coldforming Technology를 인수하여 냉간성형사업을 확대하고 있습니다. OSG는 금속 절삭·성형 공구의 대형메이커로, 세계 각지에서 생산하고 있습니다.중기적인 목표는 아이슬린겐에서의 기존 사업을 강화하고 글로벌 냉간 성형 네트워크에서의 추가 제품으로 보완하는 것입니다.
고객과의 관계에 있어서 큰 변화는 없습니다. 장소, 연락처, 팀, 기계는 현재 위치 그대로입니다만, 새로운 그룹사에 편입하게 되었습니다.
새로운 기술의 연삭기가 공구 생산능력을 확대.
2019년 9월 OSG EX-CELL-O의 공구 생산을 위한 새로운 CNC 프로파일 연삭기가 가동 되고 있습니다. 당사는 2018년이후 집중적인 검토를 거쳐 새로운 CNC 연삭반에 투자하여 보다 큰 전조 공구의 고정밀 공구 연삭에 있어서 당사의 기술력을 집중하였습니다. 개발된 기계는 시운전 단계를 거쳐, 매우 엄격한 품질 검사에 합격해, 곧바로 생산에 적용하게 되었습니다.

독일 하노버에서 개최된 EMO 쇼에서 처음으로, 당사의 신세대 스플라인 압연기 XK851-8e를 처음으로 공개했습니다.
