Neue Struktur für deutsche OSG-Gruppe
Im Dezember 2019 übernahm OSG in Deutschland den Werkzeughersteller BASS, sowie die MAG Kaltwalztechnologie. Nun erfolgte die Neuordnung der deutschen OSG-Gruppe unter einer gemeinsamen Holding.

OSGがMAG社の冷間成形技術部門を買収
日本のOSGグループは冷間成形事業を拡大する為、ドイツ、アイスリンゲンのMAG社の冷間成形部門を買収した。OSGは世界規模で切削、転造工具の生産を行っている大手メーカー。中期的な目標はアイスリンゲンでの既存事業の強化とOSGのネットワークを使った事業の拡大。会社組織はOSG EX-CELL-O GmbHの元で行われるが、現時点では技術、製造部門は現在地に留まり運営される。
新型の研削盤が生産能力を拡大させる。
OSG EX-CELL-O新型のCNCプロファイル研削盤が稼働している。
2018年に生産能力と対応製品の拡大の為、新型のCNC研削盤に投資をした。
短期間のテスト期間で品質基準をクリヤーし、製造現場へ引き渡された。
EMO 2019の振り返り
ハノーバーで開催されたEMOショーで新型の転造盤XK851-8eがお披露目となった。
ユーザーに対し改良、開発ポイントが伝えられ、機械技術に関して多くの問い合わせがあった。
