A challenging project successfully executed. OSG EX-CELL-O is now DIN ISO 9001: 2015 certified.
After OSG EX-CELL-O GmbH was founded in December 2019, a new era began for the entire team. Almost all known processes from the previous company were cut off and had to be rebuilt.
The tasks was challenging: New IT landscape, new ERP system, new designing software, new calculation software, organization of workplaces and much more.
During the roughly 9-month preparation for ISO certification, all responsibilities and processes have been fixed and described, controlled and monitored by the new systems. The result is a professionally organized and certified company with a modern intranet in which every employee can find, apply and continuously improve their processes.
Our thanks go to the entire OSG EX-CELL-O team for executing the sometimes strenuous special tasks. Especially thanks to our project manager Tobias Klemm, who leaded this certification project. Furthermore, we would like to thank our experienced internal auditors from our sister companies, Mr. Dirk Bischoff from OSG GmbH and Mr. Michael Ackermann from BASS GmbH, who always helped pro-active with advices and actions. Finally, of course, we would also like to thank Mr. Erwin Weber from DEKRA for proceeding the external audit.
