- After receiving your drawing we evaluate whether a coldforming solution is feasable.
- If small details need to be adjusted to enable the forming process, you will receive this information in advance.
- As next we develop the necessary prototype tools and test them on our prototype machines, ideally using your original parts.
- If corrections are required, tools design will be modified and changes gets implemented in the tools with a following re-test.
- Finally a small series will be produced and documented for you.
